Managing requirement changes is important in Agile software projects because user needs, business priorities, market conditions, and technical constraints often evolve during development. Agile methods support flexibility through iterative planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, user feedback, and incremental delivery, but uncontrolled requirement changes can still affect scope, cost, schedule, testing effort, and team productivity. Traditional change control methods may be too rigid for Agile environments because they often delay feedback and reduce adaptability. This article focuses on managing requirement changes in Agile software projects by examining backlog prioritization, change impact analysis, stakeholder communication, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and traceability practices. The study discusses how structured change management can balance flexibility with project control and reduce unnecessary rework. The article concludes that effective requirement change management helps Agile teams maintain delivery stability, improve customer satisfaction, protect product quality, and support predictable software development outcomes.
